I am a dynamic professional with a solid educational foundation, beginning with my graduation from Corona Del Mar High School. My academic journey continued at Orange Coast College, where I completed my Associate of Arts. I achieved my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. Currently, I am preparing to embark on my law school journey in the fall of 2024. My diverse educational experiences have honed my analytical and strategic skills, which I am eager to apply in the realm of business development.
Allen McLane
Group President & COO
With an extensive background in the electrical industry, Allen made his mark nearly two decades ago when he joined McLane Electric Inc., a Nevada-based company. Fresh out of high school, he embarked on a rigorous four-year apprenticeship with the IBEW. Throughout his career, he seamlessly transitioned between roles, influencing major projects across the southwest. Beyond circuits and wires, Allen’s passions come alive: he’s an avid motorcycle rider, a passionate hunter and fisherman, and a golfer who enjoys the green fairways. When the waves call, he grabs his board and rides the ocean swells, and his heart beats to the rhythm of drumming.

A dedicated professional with a diverse background in economics, finance, and web development. I earned my BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic thinking.
In my professional journey, I’ve worn several hats. As an Enrolled Agent and Area Sales Manager at H&R Block, I leverage my expertise to provide exceptional tax and financial services while leading a talented team. Additionally, I work as an independent web developer, crafting tailored digital solutions that help businesses thrive online.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending quality time with my wife and daughter. We’re avid Padres fans, and you can often find us cheering on the team at the ballpark.
